Proposed change

Fixes #21709

More generally, icons within text inputs would no be colored correctly in dark mode.
The rule intended to color these was always being superseded my a more specific rule from the upstream library. This was not just a problem in the onboarding screen, as reported in the issue, but anywhere an icon would be included in a textfield

Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The changes in the pull request involve modifying the CSS styling for the icon in the HaTextField component. The update restricts the icon's color styling to only apply when the text field is not disabled, by adding a :not(.mdc-text-field--disabled) pseudo-class to the CSS selector. This change aims to improve the visual feedback of the text field's icon state.
