Log Reolink select value KeyError only once

Log Reolink select value KeyError only once to prevent flodding the log.

This happens when reolink adds some new option in a select feature in their firmware which is not yet know by HomeAssistant.
Of course I then need to add it to the upstream lib to actually fix the issue.
But this ensures the users will not get flooded with log errors, but only see 1x a nice error.
