Version supporting VGA output

This is the first version supporting a VGA output in parallel to the TFT display. For this, tape signal output had to switch from I2C to SPI interface machanism. Despite the internal switch, functionality of previous releases should still work fine.

Initial release

All basic feature integrated, tested only on the two devices I have.
