  1. Added flyway migration for user_court table
  2. Added migration file to populate this table
  3. Added tests related to user_court
  4. Changed rooms table name to virtual_conference_rooms
  5. Added two new fields to virtual_conference_rooms
  6. Dropped role_permission and permissions tables
  7. Added role_id to portal_access table
  8. Added room_id to bookings table
