- switch to rob's workspaces + symlinking style
- use `cache-shell-startup` to eliminate sheldon deferred plugins
- configure `binutils/config.toml`
- I can't use this yet due to some bugs; the main one is
`startup-tmux` only creates 1 window/session right now.
