Update Wechat Group QR Code and Links

Description

Updated the Wechat Group QR code and associated links in the README and README_ZH_CN files to reflect the new QR code image.

Motivation and Context

This change is required to ensure that users can join the correct Wechat Group using the updated QR code. The previous QR code was outdated and needed to be replaced.

How has this been tested?

The changes were tested by verifying the new QR code image displays correctly and the links function as expected in both the English and Chinese versions of the README files.
