Description:

Bump services image to 0.59.0.

Solution:

  • edit node's name in confix.txt
  • deprecate .pfx keys
  • migrate .pfx key to .pem in order to keep the current generated addressBook.bin used by the mirror-node-importer
  • set CONSENSUS_NODE_ID as env var

Fixes: #924
