feat: MockBuilder
It has sensetive providers such as: * Application Initializer * ApplicationInitStatus * localeId
fix: never mock ApplicationModule
By default all providers of ApplicationModule will be kept until they're explicitly mocked / replaced.
feat(mock-builder): ApplicationModule providers
In case of the skipMock we should respect the original class.
test: assure no leftovers after MockBuilder
