This PR removes the Nima directory from the docs repo and replaces files in the SE directory for 4.0. The terms Nima and Pico were also replaced as needed.
NOTE: The files in this PR are not complete, but the changes are necessary to avoid confusion with doc updates. I will create additional PRs to update intro material and other required updates.
This pull request replaces the #7305 that was rebased with old files.
