- Add a version.properties to resolve helidon-lsp-server version
- Update MavenSupport to slightly improve error handling
- Move lsp-server/src/main/resources/logging.properties to lsp-server/etc/logging.properties
- Use a JAR file + libs directory instead of an ubber JAR.
- Remove "All right reserved" from the copyright headers
