Sefaria's source of the Hebrew text is the Leningrad codex.
Leningrad, and other codices, do not include a chapter division.
However, the BHS, as well Sefaria's English translation (the JPS edition), do position the verse in question at the beginning of chapter 31.
Sefaria has opted to follow the same distribution.
