Support for the new Auto-Deletion features for PVCs related to statefulsets.

This makes it easier to remove the persistence if an update is done so only the pvc can be deleted and the policy takes care if PVC should be deleted or not.

@hasancelik Can you maybe help me out here? I sined the CLA but under a different name to make it more correct but this seemed to have caused issues with the automatic approval...what can I do here?
