Describe the PR

  • Add intial host test with host_info_to_device_cdc since it can use tinyusb device without additional usb2uart to verify attached device vid/pid/serial
  • replace itsybitsy m4 with metro m4 + max3421e shield for testing host
  • add devices to test rp2040 + pio-usb host.
