Description

Azure KeyVault supports using RBAC authorization in place of KeyVault Access Policy. azurerm_key_vault resource already supports it. However, Data Source doesn't expose this attribute yet.

New or Affected Resource(s)

  • azurerm_key_vault

Potential Terraform Configuration

data "azurerm_key_vault" "example" {
  name                = "mykeyvault"
  resource_group_name = "some-resource-group"
}

output "vault_uri" {
  value = data.azurerm_key_vault.example.vault_uri
}

output "vault_enable_rbac_authorization" {
  value = data.azurerm_key_vault.example.enable_rbac_authorization
}
