fix: Remove reference of show when added to task

fix:

• Correct the pattern in text modifiers (hardcoded and json file)
• Assign the default flag value from the metadata of the embedded track
• Create a copy of Show (Movie/Series) when added to tasks to remove reference and prevent mutations when edited on the home tab.

chore:

• Bump version to 0.6.9+28
• Code optimizations removing unnecessary process and conditions. Also fixed very minor linting errors.
