New methods already established for SpermQ were also implemented in SpermQ-MF now:
- Add COM (when selected in the settings) after correcting inversed traces and not before (as done before and which could result in reconstruction errors)
- Improved skeleton detection for better exclusion of side branches - side branch detection caused problems in images with low SNR, now solved.
- Implemented method for freely swimming sperm to inverse flagellar reconstructions falsely starting at the tip of the flagellum (and not at the flagellar base, which would be the correct orientation).
