Simple Windows UI tool trying to shell-execute all the things on the list.
Icon is part of %windir%\System32\moricons.dll by Microsoft, and comes with any version of Windows since at least v3.1, anyway.
Made in 2013, found still handy in 2023 for various semi-automizations.
