I'm looking to build some data on what people consider facts in their lives. This data will hopefully be used in creation of something to better track these facts. If you submit some facts, you agree that you want them to be used in eventual example material or marketing material from me. I'm not going to be devious here and beat around the bush: I want to build a product based on some of these ideas. I don't have a data set, though, and I want to see how easy this process happens for people. Basically, this is all one big experiment for me.
Submit at least five facts about one or more subjects #as markdown bullets with some special sauce on the side. The facts should be loosely based on these examples, about any subject you can think of. Ideally, I get a wide range of technical details (like molar masses or tar commands) as well as more subjective facts (like the movies that your significant other likes or what your daughter's favorite foods are).
Here's the template:
* submitter: @github name
* statement: I hereby agree that the facts I have submitted are my own, and that I grant a license for Pryaxis Limited, or designated entities by Pryaxis Limited, the ability to use this data in a way to promote future Pryaxis services. I retain the copyrights, where applicable, to my facts.
----* First fact about @the first subject.
* Second fact about @the first subject.
* Third fact about @the first subject.
* Fourth fact about @the first subject.
* Fifth fact about @the first subject.
Second subject:
* Fact 1
* Fact 2
* Fact 3
* Fact 4
* Fact 5
Send a pull request with that template, named your github username.md to the submissions folder.
Minimums: At least five facts about one subject. You can use either format (a list or sentences with inline @ symbols) and create as many extra subjects and 5-fact blocks as you like.
