Recurring Weekly Meetings

• Dev Team Meeting (Monday at 8pm PT / 11pm ET)
• UX Design Team Meeting (Wednesday at 5pm PT / 8pm ET)
• Research Meeting (Wednesday at 7pm PT / 10pm ET)
• Content Meeting (Thursday 4pm PT / 7pm ET)
• PM Meeting (Monday at 4pm PT / 7pm ET)
• PM Meeting with Bonnie/HFLA Org (~1st Friday every month at 1pm PT / 4pm ET)

Note: Meeting times/schedules will eventually be managed in the VRMS.

Monthly Meetings / Notes

• Leads + PMs (first Thursday of the month at 6pm PT/ 9pm ET ) - Meeting of leads of all disciplines and all PMs to go over planning for the next month
• All-Team Meeting (every other Thursday of the month except the first at 6pm PT / 9pm ET) - Entire team / all disciplines meet together. Team monthly goals are shared, new team members are introduced, recognition of team changes and transitions, open forum for Q&A.

Holidays

Our team observes the major federal holidays (meetings are cancelled and discipline teams take the day off)
