Fixes #90

What changes did you make?

  • Reduced Table of Contents to overview
  • Added directions to open automated table of contents based on markdown headings
  • Changed us-east-2 to match us-west-2 AWS region use use earlier in process

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

  • Original ticket description to improve consistency
  • AWS region consistency
