Minor tweak, mostly so I can try and get a numpy2-compatible wheel built.

@duncanmmacleod I might need some help here!! I'm trying to make a new sbank release for numpy > 2.0 compatibility, but I'm stuck with the packaging stuff not working. In the past this was built against EL7, but it seems that EL7 is completely broken now. I tried to update to EL8 but things still don't work. Any suggestions for how to get this working? |

#62 fixes the underlying issue, and now a poke is not needed. |
