Can we be clear on what is actually being done here, compared to the Travis build (and release stuff). Is this running all 5 of the builds that we did have in Travis? Can it handle the full release stuff? (I'm not asking for more on this PR, just trying to understand what more might be needed here). |

@spxiwh Yes, this patch only has the pycbc tests suite run in different versions of python. The following is not implemented but is something we had in Travis
(1) I think I know how to add as there are some guides on this for other python projects. |
