Updates the documentation for the inference workflow. Test page here
This includes links to a couple of example results pages. Right now I'm just pointing to pages I have on atlas. I've uploaded these pages to another repo on gwastro, but I haven't figured out how to display them as html pages yet. Once I do, I'll file another PR that updates the links.
