Whenever the 'new rule' notifications is being shown on the screen that lets you tick/untick specific options (i.e. click the "+" button on the lower right), the UI seems to be pegging the CPU at very high usage. I realized this because my laptop fan seemed to keep spinning up whenever I was setting up a new rule. The CPU drops as soon as the window is dismissed, or as soon as you click "+" again to leave that view. Screenshot:
