PROJECT NAME:

Car Sales Win and Loss Opportunities Analysis Using Excel and Tableau Dashboard - Full KPI Analysis

ABOUT PROJECT:

• Performed KPI of car sales, which shows win and loss analysis by different Regions, Competitions, Feilds etc.

• Performed Data cleaning in MS Excel for better Data Analysis Process.

• Developed a Tableau interactive dashboard to perform analysis, producing quantitative visualizations 
  in Tableau to draw valuable insights.

STEPS OVERVIEW:

1) Data subset collected from online.
2) Loading Libraries.
3) Data Cleaning & Finding Missing values.
4) Data Visualization.

DATA CLEANING:

• Open Dataset in Excel and Make a Copy of Dataset for security purpose.

• Remove Duplicates.

• Use Filter on Route to Market and Opportunity result column for spelling mistake, unwanted result, name etc.

• Change the formatting of necessary columns.

• Spell Check.

• Change Case - Lower/Upper/Proper.

• Trim the unwanted spaces.

• Remove null values if its not going to affect the result.

• Find and Replace.

DATA VISUALIZATION:

1st Sheet - Total Opportunities.

2nd Sheet - Won Opportunities.

3rd Sheet - Average WonOpportunities.

4th Sheet - Loss Opportunities.

5th Sheet - Vertical Bar Graph - Route to Market Won.

6th Sheet - Vertical Bar Graph - Route to Market Loss.

7th Sheet - Top Won Opportunity Number.

8th Sheet - Top Loss Opportunity Number.

9th Sheet - Vertical Bar Graph - Win/Loss by Deal Size.

10th Sheet - Vertical Bar Graph - Win/Loss by Competition.

11th Sheet - Regions.

DASHBOARD CONTENT:

The dashboard shows:

1) At top contains Title. Every Dashboard content has its Filter command active.

2) Then contains Regions Category, if you select individual region entire Dashboard data changes according to that Region.
   
3) After that Total Opportunities, Won Opportunities, Average Won Opportunities and Loss Opportunities.

4) After that Vertical Bar Graph of Route to Market Won and Route to Market Loss side by side seperated by Route to Market Lables.
   
5) Then, Vertical Bar Graph of Win/Loss by Competition and at its right Vertical Bar Graph of Win/Loss by Deal Size.

6) At the right corner Top Won Opportunity Number and Top Loss Opportunity Number.

DASHBOARD:

NOTE: If you click any Region at Top, all the Data Changes According to that Region.
