lnd v0.16.1-beta-fund-recovery

Use this version of lnd to manually recover funds with a fake channel backup, either following this guide or using the chantools fakechanbackup command.

This version just logs the information (commit_point) to the default log file. You will then need to use the chantools rescueclosed command to get the private keys for the rescued funds.

Make sure to set your debug level to --debuglevel=debug for the log messages to appear!
