Best message size for streaming large payloads? #371

Our documentation (perhaps in an F.A.Q. or "best practices" section) should make clear into what size of messages a too-large-for-one-message value (such as a large video payload) should be broken up for streaming.

Spoiler alert: it's 16KiB - 64KiB, according to oral tradition.
