These changes change the chart initialisation logic as follows:

JAMES determines in the data whether there are one or more anthropometric variables. If so, it presents a growth chart.
If there are only developmental data, JAMES chooses a D-score chart
JAMES calculates now a correct week for the D-score chart, where week 37 and higher are lumped to week 40.
