This commit adds the WebResource type to simplify saving resources on pages (including the page itself). The type isn't fully featured, and can't save page resource. At The moment, it can save a full page.

This pull request should resolve issue #6, although some resources are not downloaded properly. Only downloads a single page atm. |
NOTE: `webres.wegpage.spider` hangs if the webpage returns a 404.
