fix(general): better deps

- Cleanup unused (recompose & doc-tools/components)
- Move dev dependencies like gulp to devDependencies
- Add UI lib dependencies (UIKit) to peerDependencies and devDependencies

Note: There is an issue in the last version of react-spring: pmndrs/react-spring#2097. Restore minor ranges after fix.
