problems with the dw2pdf / tools plugin

When I'm doing a PDF export from an article with the "Tool Plugin" (dw2pdf), then I'm getting a fragmented image of the patch panel. (-> screenshot)
Has anyone else the same problem?

Yes, I have.
It's because the wiki doaesn't contain an svg image. dW2pdf can't draw the source code of the wiki page.

Your correction works fine but break patchpanel with only 1 row.
This patchpanel code doesn't work anymore :
