We might want to introduce bot.guard, but we might also just add it as a new overload to bot.filter. This needs to be discussed.

BREAKING: bot.branch now returns a composer that runs
if the predicate is not satisfied. Previously, it ran
if the predicate was satisfied.

Closes #723
