Clarify which S3 signature versions are supported in the error "unsupported signature version" #3376

What this PR does

While looking at #3337 and manually trying setting an invalid -blocks-storage.s3.signature-version, I've realized that the error message doesn't specify which are the supported signature versions. I think we should do it, to give a quick hint to the user.
