What this PR does / why we need it:
Reorganizes the content on the Query Template Functions page into logical categories, and alphabetizes the templates within those categories. Also adds documentation for
printfwhich was previously undocumented.Note that the text and examples for the functions has not been updated in this PR. This is just moving things around to make them easier to find.
