Because of a mistake in #2591, we were pushing master images as `latest` and `vX.Y-Z`, which was not the intention

Because of a mistake I made in #2591, we were pushing
masterbuilds as stablelatestandvX.Y-Zdocker images, which was not the intention 😞So now we have a bunch
masterbuilds here https://hub.docker.com/r/grafana/k6/tags and https://hub.docker.com/r/loadimpact/k6/tags 😞 And I guess this is also why the user from #2623 encountered the issue 🤔
