This needs to include a change to the CLAMAV_HOST value: https://github.com/govCMS/scaffold/blob/develop/docker-compose.yml#L42

And in scaffold-tooling: https://github.com/govCMS/scaffold-tooling/blob/9.x-develop/drupal/settings/all.settings.php#L49


          Updated local network alias for AV service.
