Problem with sending payment receipt email and order status as payment received #4

My customers do not receive an email regarding payment confirmation.

Even the last order remained in Awaiting for GoPay payment status. The penultimate order has jumped to the Payment Received status, but the email has not reached the customer, even though the email is set to that status.

How can I solve it?
My Prestashop is: 1.7.8.7

In order for us to check the specific situation, please send to integrace@gopay.cz the e-payment id (or order id along with the amount, the date and time the order was made), EVC and which e-shop the payment was created to.

The add-on itself does not ensure sending of the email.
The email is sent by default by the payment gateway if the customer confirms any payment method on the gateway.
Any other emails are then handled by your solution/PrestaShop environment.

For us to check the specific situation, please send to integrace@gopay.cz the e-payment id, EVC and which e-shop this concerns. We will check the settings of your e-shop.
