Problem with sending payment receipt email and order status as payment received #4

In order for us to check the specific situation, please send to integrace@gopay.cz the e-payment id (or order id along with the amount, the date and time the order was made), EVC and which e-shop the payment was created to. The add-on itself does not ensure sending of the email. |
Thank you. I wrote to the email and already my order status changes to
Payment received, but the email has not arrived, even though the email is
set for the status. I have to click manually to resend the email. Where in
the GoPay addon is the order set to change to the status Payment Received?

The email is sent by default by the payment gateway if the customer
confirms any payment method on the gateway.
Any other emails are then handled by your solution/PrestaShop environment.

My customers do not receive an email regarding payment confirmation.
Even the last order remained in Awaiting for GoPay payment status. The penultimate order has jumped to the Payment Received status, but the email has not reached the customer, even though the email is set to that status.
How can I solve it?
My Prestashop is: 1.7.8.7
