Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Make it easier to get started with the Agones xDS provider.

Describe the solution you'd like
Take https://github.com/googleforgames/quilkin/tree/main/examples/agones-xonotic-xds and turn it into a quickstart

Describe alternatives you've considered

More detailed reference is incoming, but quickstarts are always nice to get smooth onboarding.

Also, this feels like a common integration pattern, so let's make it easy for people to make this combo happen!

Most of the content is already in the README.

Agones xDS Provider Quickstart

* Moved the Agones Xonotic example to a "sidecar" file.
* Quickstart based on Agones, Xonotic and xDS provider example
* Added a screenshot of Xonotic to both the xDS and Sidecar quickstarts
  to make it easier to work out where to apply the address on the
  client.
* Pulled the requirements for running the quickstarts into their own
  include.
