Seems there's already a command line tool called gcloud which looks interesting.

Are we going to offer a similar command line tool experience, possibly under a different name? That'd be neat, and good for quick testing.

Either way, we should perhaps address the naming conflict in the README? That's what this PR does.

We'll address it in the landing page in detail (coming soon) but this LGTMs for now. gcloud cli will be The Way to manage Cloud stuff from the cli and we'll probably not offer anything in addition. We've proposed a name change to the team but they don't want to differ the name for simplicity.

Conceptually, Cloud has the Google Cloud SDK which contains tools and libraries, like a command-line tool to manage both the development workflow and Google Cloud Platform resources as well as Client Libraries like gcloud-*.
