Feature request: support Security and Analysis webhook event

We'd like to be able to parse the [Security and Analysis webhook event](https://docs.github.com/en/webhooks-and-events/webhooks/webhook-events-and-payloads#security_and_analysis) to receive notifications when these settings change.
