TL;DR

If you create a new DB and try to seed it, the seeding program fails trying to seed the MobileApp data.

Expected behavior

Seed to succeed.

Observed behavior

Seeding crashes.

Reproduction

  1. New database, run seed, watch failure.
  2. Question existence.
