Contents of public/css/index.css was different than result of running make stylesheets.

What version of lessc are you using? Some of the Css changes have been back and forth cause of lessc giving different output depending on version.

Check #1324 and #1389

@cez81 Oh I see, I'll close the issue (for the record, I'm using version 1.6.3)
