As a Developer I want to separate configuration data from the rest of the code.

The idea behind the config package for gnparser is to keep 'inert' configuration data that can be accessed by any entities that do require it. Configuration also will generate a configuration file that can be used to 'set configuration in stone' for people
who more often than not use certain configuration settings.
