  1. dynamically scoped variable accessors 

    This adds the expressison syntax `{{-get-dynamic-var "yourVariableName"}}` and the statement syntax `{{#-with-dynamic-var "yourVariableName" someValue}}...{{/with-dynamic-var}}`.
