In this release I've modularized the markup by placing header, navigation, footer and other major elements in seperate files by pulling them in via php. At some point I want to learn how to do this with javascript. The CSS is now being managed through SASS partials. The bones of the site is there, and all that's left is to implement a CSS grid (need to learn how) and complete a style guide.
