Currently the
HideSingleWidgetTitleBarandAllowedAreasstate of Areas is lost on loading the state.This PR fixes this.
Should be backwards compatible without a problem.
I also smuggled in a getter for
HideSingleWidgetTitleBarwhich i missed previously.
