Can you add collapse tab?

Hi, I actually had a similar need to the autohide feature in my backlog.
Instead of autohide it would just be a vertical collapse, exactly the way photoshop handles it. It just hides the content of the tab.

Double clicking the tab collapses it, single click on it to show it if it is already collapsed.
I might implement it when I have the time.

Yes, this is possible. I may do this after I have implemented Auto Hide functionality.

Oh most definitely! That would look awesome. Also, have the devs considered tabs that are on the left/right instead of the top?

Hi, because we do not need this feature in our application I'm afraid that this will not come in the near future.

@githubuser0xFFFF would you accept pull requests for it? or does this mean that the repo is now not taking any new features in and is in maintenance mode?
I have a few more features that I want to add to the docking system and I would like to contribute them, I already opened this PR #360 if there is no plan to get new features I will probably need to start maintaining my own fork.

@rolivav I would accept pull requests. For me, it is important, that new features do not have a negative impact on performance. If they have a negative impact, it should be possible to disable them. Pull requests should always focus on one feature and should be small to make it easy to review them.
