Update to the GitHub Subprocessors and Cookies policy - Winter 2019 #154

This update to the Subprocessors and Cookies policy updates our subprocessor list and our policy with respect to cookie usage on our website, including changes to the following sections:

  • GitHub Subprocessors
  • Cookies on GitHub
  • Tracking on GitHub


#### Pages on GitHub where analytics may be enabled

The following pages on our main site may have analytics or other tracking code enabled. If you would like to prevent us from collecting information about your browsing activity on GitHub, you may use a tracking blocker such as [Privacy Badger](https://www.eff.org/privacybadger) or opt out of Google Analytics tracking.

@j-f1 Thank you for the feedback and suggestion! I will take a closer look at your recommendation this week. I'll leave your suggested change open, in case we decide to commit in your recommendation as-is.

Thank you all for your comments and feedback! As stated in our blog post, the comment period ends today. I am closing this pull request for internal review of any remaining comments. We will commit final clarifications or edits when we merge this pull request next Friday, April 19. At that time, the updated version of this policy will be effective.
