Remove dead links

Why:

Found an issue opened by Simran B regarding a few dead links.
Issue #344

What's being changed:

Removed a few dead links from the Table of Contents which appears to be outdated.

Check off the following:

• All of the tests are passing.
• I have reviewed my changes in staging.
• For content changes, I have reviewed the Content style guide for GitHub Docs.
• For content changes, I have reviewed the localization checklist
