Subjective new title proposal to better clarify page intent

What's being changed:

Page title

👋 Thanks for opening a PR @zgover! Changing the title of an article is requires quite a few changes (adding redirects, finding and updating all existing links, etc). I think the current title accurately explains the article, so we'll leave it as it is for now 💛
